Jeff has always had a furry family member in his life. When he had the opportunity to start the Woofy Wellness Ranch®, it was a great chance to apply what he learned during his career to his real passion. Jeff’s unique experience has allowed him to develop a first-of-its-kind model that provides the ultimate in superior Canine Wellness and bring it directly to the consumer in a way that is ultra – convenient and gives customers the gift of time – which can then be spent enjoying your pet. Jeff believes in providing canine wellness in a manner that he would want his own family member to experience. Because of that, Woofy is committed to treating all of our campers as if they are our own!

Bill has a natural draw to dogs and has owned them since he was a kid. This passion has led him to pursue a career that allows him to work with dogs and their owners.  He had the opportunity to participate in a seven-month training program in Dog Psychology with Linn Boyke ( in Los Angeles California that, over the last three-and-a-half years, has allowed Bill to develop a unique and natural method of working with dogs and people to build that relationship that we all want with our canine companions.

Tony Cantatore : Logistics Manager

Tony is a graduate from Radford University earning a degree in Outdoor Recreation. Having devotion for the outdoors and the companionship of canines, the Woofy Wellness Ranch® provides the perfect opportunity to fulfill both passions. You will be able to find Tony all over the Ranch working as a Ranch Hand and guiding our transportation services group.

Dr. Erin Dexter : Veterinarian

Dr. Erin Dexter


Dr. Dexter is a 2003 graduate of the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She earned her Bachelors of Science Degree with Honors in Biology from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Virginia Veterinary Medical Association, and the Veterinary Information Network. She lives in Powhatan with her husband, their two daughters, their Rhodesian Ridgeback Reuben, Boston Terrier Benson, and three kitties Manny, Minny, and Stewart. Their new additions include a pony named Miss Turtle, a miniature donkey named Beanie, and 5 chickens. After years of practicing in veterinary hospitals, Dr. Dexter founded Capital Home Veterinary Care LLC, a housecall practice, with the goal of providing exceptional veterinary care in the comfort of home.
